We adjusted the width of the body of the forum to create more horizontal real estate to compensate for the new sidebar.

We also created a new global template to make sure the header is properly centered over the body of the forum. The new sidebar is designed to be far-left of everything, including the header.

We also adjusted the color scheme a bit to integrate better with the rest of the website.
