I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. Please post pictures as soon as you can. I would also collect some of the debris and call the local health office and tell them what happened. Just act dumb and say, "Jeez, this is the weirdest thing. These planes were spraying all this stuff and the this powder landed on my car. Would you analyze it and tell me what's in it?" Who knows. Maybe they'll just be curious enough to do it.

It's good to have more and more physical evidence about what is going on because, although they may lie to you about the results of the tests (to keep the public "calm", they may be astounded at what is found and perhaps they will open their eyes and realize what is happening.
