My experience is that if you ignore and never see regular doctors they will do the same back and ignore you and never see you. I have learnt that all the answers are out there somewhere, we don’t need no doctors, but we do need to dedicate some proper time to educating and learning how to look after ourselves.

I firmly believe that what goes around, comes around. You reap what to sow. Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.
