Hi! Well, I know Russ mentioned on one of his older posts that when he first chelated-and exercized it made him feel worse- but that now he can excersizes with no problem. ((Russ- dont mean to put words in your mouth- just remember reading that you said something like that-- you can edit that for me! :-) )) As for liver flushes- yes I've actually done them. Check out www.curezone.com and click the 'cleansing " link at the top of the page. I dont know how they are in relation to mercury, but I had a feeling I should do one after my last mercury filling removal this month. Also, last month I had a pain in my right side, so did one then too- and got tons of gallbladder stones out-- including some lver fluke parasites. Guess what-- the pain was gone immediately afterwards- and never has returned. They say that if you do liver flushes-space them no less than 2 weeks apart to give your liver a rest. They are safe and inexpensive-- and the old doctors had people do them decades and decades ago - til they came up with other alternative drug and surgery methods in modern times. Just stay hydrated throughout -- but you stop eating after 2:00 am. And that morning/afternoon- you should not have any animal protiens or fats.
