I wish I had done some earlier, would have dramatically speeded my recovery….but hey…I got around to it in the end. For bowel cleansing herbs and colonic are the top two methods for cleansing. Separately or together, the more the merrier. With professional colonics you clean out loads and loads.
I think you should do one whilst you are doing your current parasite cleanse, it will help.
The first step, the first time…you just have the pluck up the courage, pick up the phone, close your eyes, grit your teeth…and book it. The people that do them, they know it’s mentally disagreeable…they make it easy and normal as possible. Once you done one, the next is easy because it doesn’t hurt and you get better.
