So I finally found a good holistic dentist and went in today. They recommended I get a blood test but a lot of you guys on this forum say it's kind of hard to catch mercury and mercury is obviously the problem anyways. And it costs $250 which I don't have. So I'm probably going to go ahead and choose an amalgam beforehand. I'm gonna list off the choices here. I heard diamondlite is the safest one but I don't see it on the list but it's probably listed under a different name. Alright:
-Composite resin fillings -Glass ionomer cement -resin-ionomer cement -Porcelain(ceramic) -Nickel or cobalt-chrome alloys -Porcelain fused to metal -gold alloy
So is diamondlite one of those? and which one is the safest to go with? peace
