Hi Sergio,

It's hard to say. It could be a reaction from all the walking, may have set this off due to mercury in the muscles (which is where it can go) and to do with lactic acid in the muscles also. It seems mercury can cause so many strange things to occur, either directly or indirectly.

When I had some recent visits to a dentist (just for replacing composites with porcelain inlays), whether from the anaesthetic, OR from exposure to the mercury vapor (dust) in the dental office itself (from other people having amalgams drilled in or out), I began to experience severe stiffness and pain through my body, muscles/bones I don't know. At times I could barely move because of the pain and stiffness. It would be in my neck, my back and my groin (believe it or not), the actual muscles or the bones, I can't honestly tell what was going on. This would worsen considerably when I attempted exercise of any kind. I would get an increase of this big time. Slowly, over time, it appears to have lessened a bit.

So I can only say for me it was possibly a build up of toxins in those areas and my body probably trying to get it out. Exercise of course brought this on even worse.

Also consider that during mercury detox, even if you had the amalgams out long ago, the body can pass through different stages as deeper stores of mercury are slowly coming out of you. For some they may get increase in mental symptoms. Some may get an increase in muscular or bone pain and stiffness (joints etc). Some may get increase in other strange symptoms that are hard to explain (salivation, crying, bowel changes, nausea etc). These can go in cycles as the body works on different areas that have been poisoned and tries to heal them.

also exercise can stir up mercury where it is too and make symptoms worse. Feeling dumb may also be a symptom, as mercury can cause a blunting of the senses and sensations of sheer stupidity. It is very hard to say unless you have something else going on as I do like a virus/bacteria problem.

If you are very concerned over these symptoms and you feel there is more to it, you may need to go to a doctor and get tested.
