I've been taking this Candex for about 2 weeks and the last 3 days or so I'm up to the recommended dose of 4 capsules per day. I've been experiencing a very similar reaction as I had to the Chlorella. I would feel very good up until when I took the stuff then worse feeling better and better until I took the stuff again. There is virtually no difference at this point.
One of the big warnings for Chlorella is that is can redistribute or move mercury. I believe that it is killing Candida and releasing the mercury stored by the Candida. Perhaps chelating it and removing it perhaps not. I have not found much to support this except my personal experience.
I also experienced what seemed like MSM moving mercury. I DID find literature on MSM being a potent anti-Candida agent. Also in this case the disrupted Candida may be setting free it's Mercury which feels like a re-distribution.
It would seem prudent to take either with a chelating agent: Garlic, Algin, Pectasol, etc. It took over a week with Candex to get where I was with 3 days of Chlorella with a small dose.
I have seen no studies showing that Chlorella can move Mercury. I've only read it from sites selling supplements. I think this is an assumption based on what I've written here. Candida sequesters Mercury and certain substances that free Mercury from the Candida are going to feel like a redistribution.
Cheers.

An Update:
After ramping up to 4 capsules (minus the capsules because they are cellulose) I needed to cut back. Had some anxiety with 4 and odd pains and such. Way too much too quick. Cut back to three and felt very good today. Hoping to stabilize at three.
I did have the familiar low back pains coming on and starting to feel the adrenals getting tapped out again. This is very similar to my experience with Chlorella except the Chlorella did it in 3 days what took the Candex over 2 weeks.
If Chlorella is killing candida (I suspect) one could start with a very low dose (1/8 tsp) and increase by 1/8 tsp per week.
