oh sarah, you have come to my rescue, please help me, i would like to come of my phsycological dose of hydrocortisone, 20mg. i actually need this to live, i have no thyroid, well only 10% but thats not enough, anyway, what do you suggest? I have tried adrenal cortex but it gave me too much adrenalin, i take all the right supplements for my adrenals, look after my liver very well too, no problem there.
Also the progesterone cream, any ideas how to get off it, my estrogen is sky high, due to doctors ripping out my poor thyroid gland. It is very serious, Being an expert like yourself, you know the consequences of high estrogen, yes, breast cancer,oh yes and in my case murder, i get very bad tempered without the cream . Your professional help is needed, by the way i have no amalgams. P.S i have on 2 occassions had breast lumps.
