The only thing to do is to educate yourself by loads of reading and get advice fto find a good endo or self medicate, which many are having to do. There are good endo's out there but most will not treat if the bloods are normal. Often when there is mercury, the hypothalmic has been affected so the TSH will be normal. A good endo will go by symptoms.
