A fine post Imgeha, that’s how I understand these things too. My understanding of cholesterol is that it is a symptom of disease and not a cause of disease. I understand that it is the bodies natural method for repair work to keep things working when there is something wrong with the body. A symptom not a cause. I just read this book all about cholesterol. It don’t talk about autism or mercury to much but if you want to learn more specifically about cholesterol, what it does and why it does what it does….its a good book and you will learn lots. http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/WEBSITE/WWW/WEBPAGES/showbook.php?id=0967089700
