Sunshine and HG, I did stop the silver, I started the good flora about 4 months ago. I take the capsule form morning and night. Do you reccomend taking it out of the capsule? I never thought of that!! It would make sense to attack the specific area with it..lol Thanks again<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
