ah...yeah...sorry...in the cold light of day....does seem a bit strange.....but ....it was a nightmare and i was very very happy i solved that problem so simply and easily....although avoiding all those foods was hardly easy....was infact very difficult to avoid them....but the result was well worth the effort.
