Hi Shawn
i have troubles with my stomach and heartburn since I was about 18 years old and I also have ocd tendencies. I worry about every thing little or small and is very hard to stop that feeling. I have been working on it though. Last year before I finished getting amalgams out I discovered I had H-pylori and the natural doc I was going to recomenned licorace pills. Thay are called DGL. I have taken every thing on the market along with living on rolaids for years and sometimes going through a pack a night. I also have IBS and it can flare up at any time with just a minor upset. The reason I think this happens is because the liver gets backed up with all the metals and toxins and can't handle the total load so it makes a way and dumps stuff where it can with intentions of clearing it later but still handling the heavy load never gets to it. In essence we get problems like acid indegestion,IBS,ulcers, even more like female problems, prostrate problems etc... Here is a link on liver congestion:

this might help give you some clues on what is causing your stomach problems. I would definately eat whole natural foods and that will make it easier for you to cope with. Also castor oil packs also help the liver I do them a lot. Here is a link on that:http://curezone.com/cures/castoroil.asp
Also oil pulling...I use virgin coconut oil it tastes better. oil pull will help with digestion here is a link for that:http://www.oilpulling.com/
I have tried all of this and it works takes a little time but well worth the effort.
The DGL is the best I have ever taken at stopping the heartburn, sick stomach, and pain. A dr I went thought I was crazy because I would not give up my DGL and let him prescribe something for me....Ha I did not need that bullet. One other thing I take is acid ease it has marshmellow root and slippery elm and also helps me too. Enzymes will also help you digest easier and faster. I hope some of this helps and if you don't like lilicorace I did not either so I just pop it in get a sip of water chew it fast and get it down. I like it now but I have been taking it a year. Works like a charm. I would not leave home without it. LOL Hope you feel better soon. Try really hard to lower your stress level it is very important that you do that will also help you a lot.
Rachel
