I have been having trouble fighting candida, and finally out of desperation have resorted to eating raw garlic. I eat a clove or two after each meal. I cut it up into small pieces, chew it well, and swallow each small piece with plenty of water. It is very irritating to my mouth, however it seems to be what I need. I read several web pages about about eating raw garlic. They say it can be very irritating to the digestive system, while others say it is the best treatment for candida and parasites. When eating raw garlic, just eat a clove(section) of the garlic or two after each meal(never on an empty stomach). Cut it first into small pieces, chew it very well, and swallow each piece with plenty of water. I have used garlic supplements and garlic powder in the past, however those don't have the strength of raw garlic.

Please put it in a salad, you'll be much happier. Small salad with some fresh chopped garlic, yummy and no tummy troubles.
A good habit to get into for a lifetime.
