Yeah I know! I've been good for so long and I go and do that <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />. No excuse, I could have opted for hot water instead, rather than opt for coffee because my brother didn't have any tea. I love coffee, but it does not love me.

But it does go to show, that even just that alone (without any other cheats) seemed to feed my yeast. I wonder how it does that? I heard somewhere that it can wipe out good bacteria.....maybe that's why.

I have green tea! I also have green tea with ginger. I have lots of different herbal teas, which is great.
