Hi Gary and Angelbaby, you're very welcome! I'm so glad this information has been helpful! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I thought it was good too, a health professional sent that to me via email, so thought I'd copy and paste it and share it.
The other website link is fantastic info as well, the diet, the fats, the whole thing. Well studied too (Dr Weston Price based), except that it's much stricter in the beginning in case someone is suffering bad yeast issues as well. For those that are not, they maybe able to allow themselves a few more carbs.
I had coffee the other night and even though I have not cheated on my diet for a long time now, just one or more cups of coffee was bad enough to wipe me out the next day and I'm still feeling it now. I felt that it not only stressed my adrenals, but felt like it fed the yeast as well. I could feel my gut problems worsening, as well as brain fog etc. So coffee seems to be a very bad one for me and still is. Even black tea isn't recommended, but I get away with that much more than coffee. Herbal tea seems to be the least offensive.
Cheers
