Hi Bex! That is great advice. I have Dr. James Wilson's book Adrenal Fatigue; The 21st Century Stress Syndrome. That book is GREAT reading. And your post sums it up beautifully. I definitely would say that many on this forum suffer from adrenal issues caused by illness and those poison amalgams. That post of yours ranks right up at top of the all time great posts. THANKS
