hi folks--
Being as i just got my last 2 fillings out Sept 1st, i've kind of been trying to chelate- but am afraid to start taking Alpha Lipoic Acid -- or get too aggressive in chelating yet.
On the other hand, i want to prevent as much Mercury dumping into me later as i can while I still have the chance.
This week I started taking the following once a day between meals:
- 2 capsules of Activated charcoal,
2 capsules of Algin
500 mg of Chinese Chlorella
1 capsule of butchers broom herb
1 capsule Pomegranete
1 capsule of licorice root
1 capsules of all natural Metal-X from Life-Flo (label says it removes heavy metals)
Im not sure when I should start taking the Cilantro and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I thought I read somwhere that you should hold off on those last two til like a month later- then start. Can anyone advize me?
i havent had any bad symptoms yet from taking the chlorella-but i have noticed that when taking all those i mentioned above, that I do tend to get a bit bloated and constipated- so i have to take a colon cleanse type herb to get things going. Have been mostly eating raw fruits and veggies- so that has helped in that area.
Also, i noticed that there is an oily petroleum looking film on the toilet bowl water after my bowel movements and my bowel movements are very dark- almost black.
That could be from the two charcoal capsules- but i'd love to think it was because of heavy metals ;-)

Looks like you're on the right path. Good job.
I understand your apprehension about ALA. I had bad reactions to it but I still believe it's a powerful and valuable detox tool.
If you decide to use it, let us know what happens. You may want to start with a 1/4 dose and go up from there if no symptoms arise.

Thanks Russ!
Today I couldnt resist and had an organic salad with some Cilantro in it. I hope that was okay(gulp!) I got two $1.99 containers of Cilantro, so i'll use them up in salads everyday.
I guess Ill go a month with what im taking supplement wise for now-- and then after a month, will start with the 1/4 dosage of Alpha Lipoic Acid also.
thanks!! Boldy.
p.s.. So far have no mercury dump symptoms yet (but some get it months later I understand)
I just have this small head cold, --but my immune system always go down when I get my period anyways.
Will fill y'all in!

Laura (my business partner) and I sometimes eat a a little mexican restaurant in town. They put a lot of cilantro in their salsa.
The first few times we ate there, we experienced some mercury symptoms within an hour, especially Laura because she had a lot more toxicity and has been detoxing slower than me (she often neglects herself for works sake even though I encourage her to take time to take care of herself; I'm sure she doesn't mind me saying so but I really would love to see her treat herself better). Anyway, she actually got a bad headache after eating there and had to take pain relievers to get rid of it. She forgot to take algin and although taking the algin after helped, it was too late; the mercury was already blood-borne.
Cilantro is known for crossing the blood-brain barrier and detoxing the brain. Just make sure to take algin with it and monitor progress carefully. The brain is pretty important

Thanks Russ-- something told me to take an Algin capsule after eating my salad the other day with the Cilantro in it!

To Boldyloxx,
I think the black bowel movements are from metal poisoning. My brother is taking chlorella /NDFand no charcoal and is getting very black stools. Charcoal does make the stools black too, but so does mercury when it come out of the body. Unfortunately, the black residue from the clay baths is not from mercury leaving the body. See my clay bath post.

Thanks Eileen!
I notice when I take the Chlorella, that my stools are very dark- and I am somewhat constipated more than usual too for those particular bowel movements. Does your brother notice the constipation at those times too? These almost black bowel movements are heavier and sink more.
I've now been taking psyllum husk with alot of water- and Cascara Sagrada herb- which dramatically pushes it all out a few hours later-- so thank God for that!!
I also noticed that alot of dead parasites are coming out with these dark bowel moveements- so the Chlorella is definitely doing something!
Thank God for the Algin-- Taking it with the Chlorella is keeping me from having any bad side effects from the Chlorella.
As for the magnetic clay baths-- Even though the black specks arent mercury-, I think they are drawing something out. I noticed the day after my last dental fillings replacement that when I sat in a warm bathtub with this clay added, that within 10 minutes, the tub water got this oily petroleum looking film on it-- the same kind of film I noticed in my urine after using the charcoal and Algin.
I dont know if tha'ts mercury- or some kind of other toxin that these things are dragging out of me.-- All I can say is , "better out than In!"
I also felt extreeemly calmed and chilled after this clay bath-- as though someone gave me a shot of Magnesium and B-Complex vitamins right into my blood stream. I have never felt that way with other baths I took (except for Epsom Salt baths!)

Chlorella should never be used by anyone - at least not anyone who wants to get better.
I also don't think the metal X is doing you any good, and may be bad for you.
You would do well to take some vitamin C and magnesium with meals and at bedtime.
Proper chelation protocols are given in Amalgam Illness and in Hair Test Interpretation (both of which you can get from Herb Allure). If you use any chelating agent imporperly you can make yourself very much worse.
Exactly when to take alpha lipoic acid is covered in these 2 books, and the hair test book covers why not to mess with cilantro.

Hi, is this the Andy Cutler who wrote that Chelating book they sell here?
Well, what do you make of the Metal X's ingredients:
Humifulvate 75mg Magnesium 15mg Potassium 37mg Zinc 10mg Manganese 3mg Copper 2mg Molybdenum 175mcg Selenium 50 mcg Vanadium- 500mcg Cobalt 200 mcg
"other ingredientds "methyl Cellulose, Gelatin" ________________________________________ I stopped the Cilantro since I didnt quite care for the perfumy taste. was considering drying it and taking it that way but if I can have an excuse not to take it- i wont!.
The Chlorella dosage im taking is 500 mg. only., and I take it with Algin.-- doesnt seem to be giving me any bad side effects yet though-
--but then again, some would argue that.. muahahaaa!

Yes, that was the same Andy who wrote the Amalgam Detox book. It's great to have him on the forum. I originally found his Amalgam Illness book at Bastyr University in Washington state and it is the best book I've found on the subject. It's very thorough yet very easy to read for non-Doctors. Andy mentioned the hair analysis book, which we do now sell, we just haven't posted it's information on our website as of yet because of time constraints (this is the busiest time of the year for us and we're hiring too?by the way). Anyone looking for a career helping people?

Andy A few questions for Andy ... Why do you suggest people not take chlorella and cilantro? Over at curezone.com they talk about using those 2 alot

I've also seen differing opinions on this (cilantro and chlorella) from well-trained doctors.
Some like them, some don't.
