Well, what do you make of the Metal X's ingredients:

Humifulvate 75mg
Magnesium 15mg
Potassium 37mg
Zinc 10mg
Manganese 3mg
Copper 2mg
Molybdenum 175mcg
Selenium 50 mcg
Vanadium- 500mcg
Cobalt 200 mcg

"other ingredientds "methyl Cellulose, Gelatin"

I stopped the Cilantro since I didnt quite care for the perfumy taste.
was considering drying it and taking it that way but if I can have an excuse not to take it- i wont!.

The Chlorella dosage im taking is 500 mg. only., and I take it with Algin.-- doesnt seem to be giving me any bad side effects yet though-
