I think the black bowel movements are from metal poisoning. My brother is taking chlorella /NDFand no charcoal and is getting very black stools. Charcoal does make the stools black too, but so does mercury when it come out of the body.
Unfortunately, the black residue from the clay baths is not from mercury leaving the body. See my clay bath post.
