I tried to extend my last round from 3 days to 4 days. I managed 4 days…but feeling real bad now. The whole round did feel a bit rollercoastery. Felt like I needed to dose at less than 3 hours as I was feeling it coming up to the 3 hour mark. Sunday morning I felt fantastic…even made a birthday cake for myself…..now I’m a zombie…

Anyway….aside from all this crap….i do have a smile on me face<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />….because it is my birthday! Thx for the well wishes!<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
