It’s my birthday coming up and I want a cake! Can anyone recommend a cake recipe without eggs?

Flour is ok because I can just substitute spelt flour np.

For sweetner I can use Agave, which seems to be the only sweetness I can handle…it’s a liquid like honey or maple syrup.

I have egg-replacer but I’d prefer not to have to use that gunk it I can avoid it.
