I was thinking this just yesterday after reading a "health supplement "of the Irish times! We are bombarded by ads from newspaper, tv, etc "you see a pretty woman, & with a couple of kids, maybe a few more family members looking all radient with health, all drinking/eating a product ..."scientifally proven" to do this...to do that...(like reduce cholesterol, etc) and the general public literally are eating this up!
Then we( people with their eyes and minds open) are subject to interogation and hostility(well I am)for questioning these scientifally proven products.
And those ads always seem to be fixated about specific things like rich in omega 3 (why just that one?) or cholesterol is bad and the only way to reduce high colesterol is by choosing our products) All those companies jumping on the health bandwagon with crap info and disguised labelling. Harmful misleading information.
