I have this idea about starting a collective effort DeviantArt group specifically promoting mercury-awareness (amalgam, thimerosal, industry etc etc) using all manner of media.

You can post any kind of creative concept on there, so i wondered how many forum users might be interested in contributing.
Ideas for artwork, posters, sketches, cartoons, poetry, short stories, satire, jokes, ANYTHING would be welcomed; to cover as many bases as possible.

Text-on-a-pic internet memes too are incredibly successful; LOLcats being a great example!
Easy to make too.

I reckon this would be a more fruitful use of energy, and a good place to vent and release the anger and ongoing frustration of mercury-toxicity; user-generated, memetic-engineering Art-Therapy, if you will.
