Life is not fair, never was, never will be and that we must learn to stand up for ourselves.

Stand tall and not let anyone trample on us.

Turn the other cheek and be strong enough to not care about what others think. Not allow ourselves to be diverted from what we believe. Learn to take the punches we receive in life, not let them get us down. To learn from them and allow the injustices in our lives be used positively and allow our personalities to grow and be strong.

Shielding people just leads to weakness. Standing up, defending your corner, leads to power, fulfilment and good health!
