I second Laura's message! For the most part, this forum has probably been the most supportive one I have belonged to, as well as the widest variety of information and attention given to eachother. Somehow people never seem to tire of trying to help. Please do not be put off by an instance that has arisen on this forum recently. Sometimes it's unfortunate timing when someone joins right at one of those moments and hope you're not put off!
