well, for what it's worth- I recall on past posts tht you take Algin along with other chelators like Chlorella, etc., so that it will prevent mercury side effects from the Chlorella, etc., dumping some mercury throughout the body . It sponges up the mercury 'spills".

Also, I recall one post where the person took it by itself and felt great.

I would take it with other chelators to safely chelate with a minimum of side effects.
