hi linda, it takes time for the progesterone to work, i have upped my dose because i was getting more depressed and anxious, it really helps me sleep.
i never got tested either i wish i had but i needed some relief from pms so i started the cream,i knew i was estrogen dominant from my symptoms, have been like it for years now but got worse in the last 2 yrs, so bad that my family life was affected by my mood swings.
Dr peatfield does things so slowly, he is treating my sis in law, she is so bloated and fat, she used to be size 8, he is only treating her adrenals with ACE and lots of supplements, some for candida, her candida results were very high, and thinks that if her adrenals get well, she may not need thyroid treatment at all. she is weaning off all meds, benzos, antidepressants,painkillers, etc. it confuses me because i always thought thyroid should be treated first.
