Good that you have access to such a good thyroid Doc. I just read an article of his from this link (wonderful info on thyroid/adrenal)

Look for the "Adrenal-Thyroid Connection".

If you want to help Adrenal Fatigue get some IsoCort (tm). It's supposed to have a little cortisol in it. When I take it I can definitely tell. Of all the other weak things I've taken for my adrenals (B5, Folic Acid, Maca, Salt, Adrenal glandular) isoCort is the only thing that really helped and convinced my of my adrenal fatigue. It has helped physically and mentally quite a bit at times.

This is where I got mine:

If this helps you want to look into getting on Cortef. Have your doc read the "Safe uses of cortisol" my william jefferies (I think).

Have you been monitoring your temps? Mine have been low and the Isocort brought me up to 98.6 when I've remembered to check.

If your temps are low you might look into Wilson's Temperature symdrome or "Reverse T3 Dominance".

Cheers
