Earlier days?

People still pray for rain, etc, and attribute calamities to an angry God.

It's even been done many times on this board by the evos. Even you have made similar comments as a way of defending your rationale of not believing in God.

Keeping in mind that probably not everyone feels God has slighted them or deserted them, separating your opinion from you is the same as saying science exists without input from it's human creators, as you seemed to have done. Kind of a bend on a very existential attitude, not one everyone shares with you however.

When mankind has nothing to do with science, well, that'll be the day.
