Yes…I know detoxyourworld is expensive, but they do seem to know what they are doing. Its not just any old on-line shop. It is specifically for RAW foods. All the stuff I have got from them tastes amazing and I get no reaction. I think thats down to how they make the foods they sell. They use only very small amounts of heat so that enzyme loss is minimal. Anyway, I sure other stuff is just as good. This just happens to be where I get my raw ingredients. If I have to pay a tad more to get zero reactions…so be it.

I grind the nuts and cacao nibs first, then add the liquid stuff at the end in small doses until you get the right consistency. Quanatities….whatever you think is right. Flavourings…tastes wonderful just like that. I did add some cinnamon to one batch but think I put too much in and was not as nice. A little nutmeg is nice.

Remember to keep them in the freezer. Tastes better and consistency is better.

Yes….i have to be careful not to scoff the lot all in one go too. They are amazingly good and I still get zero reaction from them except deep deep joy!
