Choline is in letchinson...I hope I spelled that right. if I do dream which is very rare it is usually a bad one. Also it takes me a couple of hours to get going too in the morning, makes it hard to get to work or anywhere on time. Sucks!!!

How are you? So how do you make that chocolate? Chocolate is hard for me to avoid, I have been getting the really dark but still has some sugar in it. I never liked the dark but for some reason now that is what my cravings are for instead of milk chocolate,that was always my favorite. Take Care!
