I'm just not sure why these boxes have to enter into it. If the ToE explains the observable facts better than any other model, then for me there isn't a whole lot more to be said until another model is presented.

So if you're happy with what you put in your boxes, would you like to proceed to explain why you (presumably) think that the ToE does not explain what you put in box 1, or why the things in boxes 2 and 3 do not validate it?
