Sunshine, Is there actually a way to know "your bowel tolerance of Vitamin C"? Or is it just what you find from trial and error? How much Vitamin C is TOO much? Does anyone know? I would like to take the max that is safe for me, after I start getting amalgams removed (which is going to be May 2).
