Just another thing that mercury's done to me:
Had a follow up visit with my doc yesterday to go over more test results. I had a 3 day stool diagnosis done by Great Smokies Lab. Turns out my doc said I have the lowest ouput of pancreatic enzymes he'd ever seen in his practice. Also I am not producing nearly enough hydrochloric acid. They said these were big factors in my not breaking down my foods and assimilating nutrients for them...Gee, no wonder I'm exhausted 24 hours per day. They said it was common for mercury to do these types of things. Now I'll be taking digestive enzymes and hydrochloric acid everytime I eat.

Now I'll be taking digestive enzymes and hydrochloric acid everytime I eat. That's a great idea. Here's my experience... I got hearburn all of my life; I just accepted it as part of my life. As I got into natural health and started studying, I learned that heartburn is caused by low hydrochloric acid levels in the stomach. When these levels are too low, gasses are formed and move upward and cause heartburn. I had it horribly. After reasearching this problem, I began taking digestive enzymes that contain hydrochloric acid and other assorted enzymes and almost never got heartburn again. Of course, now that the fillings are out, I don't need the supplement. I only get heartburn if I eat bad, i.e., way too much cheese on a pizza. Of course, the enzymes take care of that too (as long as I remember to take them). Food Enzymes with Hydrochloric Acid
