I got my first amalgam removed last Thursday and I was given two shots (prenumbing + numbing) to the side of my mouth. My jaw hurt like hell that Thursday (I couldn't open my mouth to chew, very difficult time eating). It still hurts when I open my mouth now. Anyone have a similar experience?
