How do you decide? It's not like I'm going in to have my nails done. This is a LOT of dental work, with a lot of crowns. If the person I choose isn't top notch, I may end up metal free, but may end up with other problems like bite issues etc, if he/she's not enough of an artisan to get the crowns right. So, how do decide if someone knows what they are doing that way? If I ask for references, the will obviously give me names of people they had success with. Maybe ask them for references of people who've had the same kinda of work I'll need done?
Thanks! Shonda

I interviewed 3 dentists face-to-face. I also called all of them up on the phone numerous times to ask questions to help myself understand & see how much they knew. I did not choose the dentist that I got on most with. In the end I decided on the dentist that I thought could do the best job and that gave the best protection.

I was very lucky to find my dentist in my small town ,he was the only one on the IAOMT.ORG list and after talking to him he knew what I was dealing with ,It was not about the money with him ,but getting back my health .
