Thanks it has taken alot of effort with my brain and how it wants to work somedays but the info is out there and just maybe it will help someone searching for some answers. I will be adding stuff to it as I go. Fixing to do a major cleanse so i will be off for a week and hopefully I can work on it some more then.

Thanks I was hoping it was 90 days...I am fixing to start my colan cleanse again and have just about enough time before my next parasite cleanse. Wish me luck!!! Thanks for the book info...cool nothing like a good health book. That is all I can seem to sink in these days is health LOL I am so glad mom and baby are doing good must make ya very proud. Wow just 2 mos left went by so quick well for us I bet your wife does not feel that way huh? Tell her to hang in there it will soon be time !!!

Oh and my grandson seems to be doing so much better...my daughter cut out alot of his sugar and dyes and started the juicer so things are looking up for him...hope it continues.
