When something works well for me I just wanna shout it out from the roof tops so everyone can benefit. Last year was truly a ‘mare for me and the turnaround I had was because of all the hard work in learning, understanding the different cleanses and holistic ways get better….then having the courage to actually try&do them.

Yeah, its amazing the more you dig, the more you find things to try to help yourself. Obviously some more than others, but 90pct of the things work to some degree. Us mercury poisoned people have so many things wrong with us, it’s not surprising so many things help. Castor oil packs are a cool addition to my detox protocol and I’m doing another 1 month cleanse now too.

I ordered that book. I love book recommendations and I especially like life changing books.
