bought a couple of loaves of the ezekiel bread from the health food shop along with some organic butter today , I forgot how good butter on toast tasted , I will be sticking with the bread to see how it go's , just got a question on honey , that would be very good on the bread but don't know how it effects mercury toxic people ? any input
