I can’t handle any wheat now, but I can handle spelt bread and rye bread. Needs to be 100pct rye or 100pct spelt……these are heaven sent for me. The fresh baked stuff is best although those packet jobs are ok in a processed kinda way…I get no bad reaction from them either
