Yes, I’ve done some salt water flushes. Smelly results really.

I did read up on them, but apparently they should only be used on master cleanses….which I haven’t done…..but I’m not the expert really. Pretty effective way to flush the system out quickly though. Epsom salt flushes have a similar effect too. Good to know just in case i get a blockage.
