I'm really glad this topic has come up. I was just about to start a new thread on this myself. I've been thinking of getting an RO system which has a remineralisation stage, however the minerals appear to be just calcium. You can also get drops which you add to your water that contain trace minerals for eg: http://www.vitality4lifeshop.com.au/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=244I'm not sure if this would be enough to compensate for the minerals that are pulled out of the water?
