Mati. I tried those sugar free chocolate truffles last night. My 7 year old helped me. Only took 10 mins to make.

Oh boy they taste great. Wow! One of the nicest treats I’ve had in the last 12 months. And no digestive troubles today either!

I had to hide them away from myself; I nearly eat the lot there and then. My daughter loved them too which is cool. Its good to get her eating some of my food.

I think next time I will add a little salt and maybe try a sprinkle of nutmeg. Cinnamon would work too.
