Hi JK98, best of luck. Yeah reactions from it are possibly from metal mobilisation. I remember getting that. vapor tends to do that to me and detoxing it did much the same as the symptoms I got from breathing it in!

Either way, you become more exposed as it's been mobilised. Go gently. It's no easy feat. It's tempting many times to go for it, just to get the metals out, but backfire is something you won't want to repeat often.

A few chlorellas for me could have me screaming and lying down the side of my bed between the wall and bed. I mean just about tearing my hair out. Completely insane. That's what mobilisation of a neurotoxin is capable of doing for some people. Other times it was less extreme. Never knew how it would be.
