<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/twothumbsup.gif" alt="" /> Good going!!! It's all healing from here on in. NO more storing! You've now successfully turned off the tap of ongoing poison and given your body the means now to start shifting this garbage out.
I am not sure which way you feel like going about it. I tended to do quite a bit of experimentation and unfortunately it was the only way for me to really find out which way to go. I would not suggest experiementing with products like alpha lipoic acid, this tends to be the one that can cause the most horrific outcomes, especially early on. Due to it's strength with mercury and its ability to cross blood brain barrier.
The other stuff? all is a risk I guess, because anytime mercury is moved it's causing issues. But I'd suggest just trying stuff at low levels and testing your reactions.
I was one of those people that leapt into anything full on. Ouch, big big mistake. Sulfur products weren't so great for me, too many painful symptoms. But I did it anyway on and off. Sure I think it did get some of the metals out, but so much seemed to bounce around all over the place in the process, you never know what that can do to you.
Plus a lot still gets reabsorbed again till the next time, so that hurts too.
My experience may not be yours. As I said in another post, some thrive on sulfur products. If you find it's not for you? You still have other avenues. I copied and pasted testimonies on the Cutler protocol, if you're interested in going that way ever.
I also found the homeopathic detox kit from "Heels" excellent and pretty darned potent. I did that a lot when mercury toxic and had to take a much lower dose than advised because I was so toxic. Yes it did get metals out of me. But I could never do it for long. Always had to take breaks and take low dose.
That's another one you could always try if you want. Vitamin C powder, vitamin E and selenium were the basic ones I used to encourage some metal elimination. No they're not chelating agents, but they help raise glutathione and encurage any kind of toxic elimination, which I believe included a certain amount of mercury as well. Probably only the already accessible mercury (extra cellular).
Plus hot baths with epsom salts (or baking soda and sea salt) and lying in it up to my chin for as long as I could stand in as hot as I could stand. This helped metals come out via my skin and then I'd often just shower off. Cool or warm water rinse.
Exercise like treadmill walking (or outdoors) and rebounding on mini trampoline.
All these things aided pushing metals out of me. Sulfur products yes, but too painful.
