Just as there is often a slow decline in health as mercury slowly builds up in the body, followed by a sudden plummet after the 'toxic' point has been reached, so that problems rapidly and severely escalate, so there is often a slow improvement and then a large improvement as mercury levels in the body are reduced. At least that's the way it was with me, with my severe allergies suddenly clearing up. What would otherwise be slow improvement, however, is masked by the continual stirring up and movement of the mercury out of the body - which can actually make you worse, as many people on this list are well aware. I took a full 5 months break from chelating at one point, however, and felt a LOT better at the end of that period. (Terry) The last poster, Terry, seems to be right on track. After reading this, I thought it was important enough to quote. This matches up with my experience exactly! In his own words, "What people must bear in mind, however, is that chelating usually takes a long, long, LONG time. A year (particularly since it's only likely to be about 6-7 months of actual chelation) is NOTHING. " TW
