I've been taking bentonite that's already mixed with water, one tablespoon in a glass of water, followed by another glass of water. I also take psyllium husks , a tablespoon, mixed in water. This takes out heavy metals , plaque coating the intestine, debris, parasites and other garbage. Don't do it every day. See how your body feels, maybe 3 days on, 3 days off. I do advanced energywork and I've been releasing cancer energy from my mouth daily. My cancer is mostly gone now but still plenty more detox to do......I want to sue the ADA for ruining my health

I'd love to see you sue the ADA too. The problem is that their position is that they are not responsible for your issues related to fillings because they didn't install or manufacture them. Unfortunately, I believe the courts will, at least for the mean time, support their position.

I've researched it for external use...
I've bought some.....
but I'm still a little scared to use it.

But it's very important to replace the minerals and (sp)amino acid's that you'll lose.

And it's best to wet it, rub it on your body and then keep it wet for a while.....then rinse it off.

The external is all I've researched....I'm gonna do it, not today though.....hee hee.

My brother and I bought the clay bath kit to try it out for metal d-tox. He took a bath last night and is letting the water run out of the tub slowly. We can see some very black clay at the bottom of the tub and a black ring around it also. According to the website at www.magneticlay.com, the clay turns black when the mercury comes out of your body. We are very excited about seeing it, but my brother, who is a biology teacher wants to do a control bath next to see if that clay turns black too. He is going to do the exact same thing (mix clay with water in the tub) and not get into it and see if that clay turns black too, or stays the same color. We'll let you know the results.

It would be great to get the stuff tested and see if the mercury level is higher after someone soaks in it than before. If so, that would be a great way to get the mercury out.

Yes, Russ, that is exactly what someone needs to do. Here is the latest information on the clay bath. Apparently, there are little black specks of something in the clay. When you mix fresh clay with water and take a close look at it, there are tiny black specks in it, like someone sprinkled black pepper in it. So now we are wondering " What turned the clay black? Mercury, or those tiny black specks in the clay?" We will continue to investigate this matter and give our report.

But would it get the mercury out of the brain? Here is where most of the poisoning happens. It will take 16-25 years for brain mercury to dump according to Cutler. As far as I know, only ALA gets it out of the brain, although some doctors believe that DMSA crosses the blood brain barrier, but not Cutler.

I've also heard the cilantro crosses the blood-brain barrier but I have not confirmed that in studies.

I just took a clay bath tonight and it made me feel very very chilled out for some reason. I love this feeling! I feel lighter too.- it's hard to describe.

I mixed Bentonite Clay with this Aruyvedic clay/herb mix I got and then used a Sea Mud soap- Stayed in the tub for about 30 minutes only and rinsed my body with cold water.

We have Well water so there was no chlorine, etc, in the water.
There was an thin oily film on top of the water after a bit.

Those clay baths are refreshing and good for your skin, but the black residue left in the tub is not from mercury. My brother mixed some clay and water in the tub, did not get in it, let it sit for 20 minutes and then drained the tub. Guess what? There was a black residue left in the tub! I am really annoyed with that website and there advertisements. That website really encourages you to believe that the black in the tub is from metals from your body. What a rip-off!
