Yes, mycoplasma are likely because they are known to cause autoimmune disorders - e.g. thyroid problems, rheumatoid athritis etc. They are also good at hiding (lacking a cell wall), In addition you have to consider the fact that antibiotics give so intolerable symptoms to many, so we are not talking about viruses at least here. Viruses can be present in the illness too of course. Ordinary bacterias can be detected, mycoplasma are not easy to detect, not at least with standard tests. Some also get autoimmune disorder flare-ups when the immune system is mobilized, which may be a problem in some cases.
Yes, I noticed this lower back hurting as well, when I get a die-off. It's something coming out through the liver, probably dead remains of something - bacterias? I don't have CFS, but this just shows that our underlying root cause is similar. Amalgam illness without CFS seems to be an early stage to a full-blown CFS. Later in the illness some get CFS though, and some do not, depending in genetic weaknesses etc.
It seems to me that you're doing the right things, and that what you are doing will lead to something good in the end. Liver support is indeed important when it starts coming out stuff. As for the adrenals, its harder. For me using B5 was simply enough.
